We appreciate your business and the opportunity to be a part of your special celebration. We will ensure that flavors, size and general design elements will be met as outlined. Please let us know immediately if you are not satisfied with your order. Once you have accepted the order no refunds will be given.

When should I place my order?
It’s best to book as soon as a date for your event is available. If not two weeks prior to your event to ensure ingredients and materials are available.

Will the order look just like the photo?
We appreciate the inspirational photos that are provided as references. We are committed to make your vision a reality

Acceptable forms of payment
A square invoice will be sent via email. All orders require a non-refundable 50% retainer fee of the total order amount to secure availability for the date of your event. The order is not confirmed or booked until the retainer fee is secured. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Cancellations
For any reason if you decide to cancel the order you have 3 weeks prior to the delivery date to cancel for custom order. No refund will be given as the retainer fee is non-refundable. In case the order is canceled by the baker a 100% refund will be given. Prior to rescheduling the order must be paid for in full. If the delivery needs to be rescheduled, you will need to reschedule 3 weeks prior to the original delivery date. There is a $25 rescheduling fee.

Cake safety
Once booking is complete, A design meeting will take place. Once the design meeting is complete no changes may be made to the cake design. If changes are made after the minimum design meeting, there will be a $50 design change fee. The design change fee must be paid prior to changes is design are complete.

Once the cake is no longer in our possession, we are not responsible for damage or changes that occur during transport. Multi-tiered cakes will have support throughout the cake, we do not recommend smashing faces, body parts and any other inanimate objects in the cake.
